    Cancellations

    Cancellation of orders is at the discretion of The Hunter in a Basket and may incur a $15 administration fee. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the Hamper has left our premises.

    Refunds

    Are not available for ‘change of mind’ or change of circumstances.

  • Shipping Prices (per Hamper) are:

    Standard = $18.95 & Express = $22.95

    Postage fees are our biggest headache as we would love from them to be cheaper however since we also want your beautiful hamper to arrive to you in pristine condition this is what your postage fee is going towards high quality packaging :)

    We use Australia Post for our postage of Hampers and will have tracking numbers on Hampers.

    The Hamper will contain stuffing inside to ensure that the contents will not rub or be damaged during transit.

    Should you receive a damaged box or contents you will need to:

    • Contact us immediately via email or phone
    • Provide a photo of the damaged goods
    • We will assess if the damaged goods and provide a suitable replacement where necessary
    • Note: you have 24 hours to lodge damages with us for receiving of goods.
